As a photographer I try to capture things that may often be overlooked by most passers-by, things half seen, half remembered – things seen at the periphery of vision – the quirky, unusual, or slightly unsettling. I like to take photographs in the early morning light or when the sun is low on the horizon in the evening; at these times my subjects often take on a distorted or more abstract quality that I like.
